Clash of the Keys

• If you’re selected as one of the Top Contestants, we’ll reach out for another video submission, which will be used to start the head-to-head single-elimination bracket-style tournament on Instagram. We will ask for one video per round if you progress!
• Fans will vote in each round to decide who advances. You bring the talent — the audience brings the heat.
• One champion will take home $10,000, a yearlong membership to the Piano Entertainers Network, and the glory of being crowned the Clash of the Keys Champion.

1. Sponsor
The Clash of the Keys contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos and the Piano Entertainers Network (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility|
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and who reside in the U.S. throughout the Contest. Only individual performers who are not currently signed to a recording contract are eligible to enter. Group or duo entries will not be accepted. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to enter
To enter the Contest, complete the following steps:
(a) Record a vertical video (maximum 60 seconds) of yourself singing and playing piano, recorded direct to camera. No crowd footage or pre-recorded tracks. Must be a live recording.
(b) Post the video to your public Instagram account, with the caption: Just entered #ClashOfTheKeys for a shot at $10K. Join the challenge! @felixandfingers clashofthekeys.com”

(c) Fill out the submission form on the Contest website with your contact details and a link to your Instagram post.
Each entrant may submit only one (1) entry. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on August 29, 2025. Late, incomplete, or non-compliant entries will not be considered.

4. Submission Requirements
All submissions must be original. Use of deepfakes, AI-generated audio/video, autotune, or similar vocal correction is strictly prohibited. Minor audio enhancements (e.g., EQ, reverb) are allowed. Entrants must have full rights to the content submitted. Any content deemed to violate copyright or other applicable laws will result in immediate disqualification. Entrants may not inaccurately tag content or users in their Instagram submissions. Only @felixandfingers should be tagged, and only the official hashtag #clashofthekeys may be used for entry.

5. Selection and Voting
Up to sixty-four (64) qualified contestants will be selected by Sponsor based on performance quality, originality, background, and overall impression. Selected contestants will be asked to submit future videos for tournament-style public voting hosted on Instagram. Public voting will determine which contestants advance through each round. All judging, advancement decisions, and disqualification decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and are final.

6. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a cash prize of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), issued via check or direct deposit, and a one-year subscription to the Piano Entertainers Network. Prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. Winner must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 to Sponsor, along with an affidavit & release, as provided by the sponsor, in order to claim the prize.

7. Taxes and Reporting
The Grand Prize is considered taxable income and will be reported to the IRS via Form 1099-NEC. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. By entering, all participants acknowledge and agree to this tax treatment.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and publicly display your submitted content, name, likeness, and performance in any and all media formats now known or developed in the future, for marketing, promotional, and other lawful purposes, without additional compensation.

9. Disqualification and Fraud
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to evidence of inauthentic engagement (e.g., bot activity, vote-buying, fake accounts), submission of false information, copyright violations, or inappropriate or offensive content. Sponsor has sole discretion in determining whether such violations have occurred.

10. Cancellation and Modification
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, insufficient participation, or force majeure. If the Contest is canceled before its planned end date, no winner will be selected and no prize will be awarded.

11. Limitation and Liability
By entering the Contest, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors or problems with submissions or voting.

12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, you agree to release Instagram from any and all liability related to this Contest. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to Instagram.

13. Governing Law
This Contest and all related matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois.

14. Privacy
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest. Participants also agree that their contact information (such as name and email address) may be shared with select promotional partners or sponsors of the Contest, who may use it in accordance with their own privacy policies. Participants may opt out of receiving future communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such communication.
